▪️ In a jug, mix together the coconut milk, chia seeds and maple syrup
▪️ Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes before taking out and stirring. Cover again and refrigerate overnight
▪️ Serve chia seeds in jars, layering with fresh mango
▪️ Store in airtight jars in refrigerator
Chia seeds are a superfood and amongst the most nutritious in the world. They are an excellent source of fibre, protein and calcium with very few calories, all of which our little ones growing bodies need.
The chia pudding is a tasty anytime snack, it keeps well in the fridge (I keep it for about 3 days) and has a lovely texture that bubs love. You can mix and match different fruits to keep it a little more fun!
