2 cups frozen or fresh vegetables (I used broccoli, carrots, cauliflower mix)
Salt & pepper (optional)
Heat oil in a wok over high heat - add the beef along with the garlic and black bean paste along with vinegar and 1 tablsespoon of soy sauce
Stir for 2-4 minutes until meat is tender
Remove beef from the wok and place in a bowl to rest
In the same wok, add the vegetables along with the remaining soy sauce and seasoning. Stir for 1-2 minutes, then add 1/4 cup water and cover for another 2 minutes (Cut the second step of adding water if using frozen vegetables but let cook for 2 minutes)
the beef to the wok and stir until heated through.
Serve over rice or noodles (add noddles to the wok before serving)
